HotSpot Driller

Once, there was an ancient race exploring the vastness of the universe, they are an intelligent, and sophisticated race and being more advanced than the human race today.

Each explorers has their own motivation to go spacefaring, science, resources, "contacts", and more, until one day, they found a huge planet, covered in thick ice, it looks dead and empty, but the atmosphere, weather, and climates were reasonably enough for these fellow to build a small colonies there.

Yet scientists found a lots of an ancient volcanoes deep beneath these thick and enormous ice, untill someone had an initiatives to drill and revive these dying volcanoes.

It is named "Hotspot Drilling Operation", drilled by a titanic interstellar drill, thousands of volcanoes were drilled across the globe, and it were stable enough for them to drill these "hot spots". to search for geothermal energy resource, and also the scientists could research the geological condition and traces of life.

They built small facilities near drilling site, and it has been several weeks since they doing this operation, the surface were too thick only several of them were exposing a hot lava in a short time of drilling, the rest of them have to wait for more weeks, or maybe months to expose the heat to the surface.

Some scientists believe that this event will trigger a slow proccess of terraforming in near future
